In addition NDT can reach back to a large UK based design house operated by Darchem to draw on significant resources and expertise. NDT specialise in developing designs that a specifically tailored to the needs of the client and can be supported by existing Australian based industry.
Manufacture
NDT has developed a strong network of local Australian based partners and suppliers that specialise in a range of specialised manufacturing. This manufacturing activity is carried throughout Australia and is focused on supporting Australian sovereign manufacturing capability.
Installation
NDT acknowledge that the true test of any new design is the successful installation and set to work of the system to meet all performance needs safely. NDT have Australian based technicians with experience in a wide range of installation supporting the Defence Industry to meet a Lloyds standard through to the stringent safety demands of the Oil & Gas sector.
In Life Service & Maintenance
Due to NDT operating in industries such as Oil & Gas and Defence we are acutely aware of the importance of service support & maintenance. A core principle of NDT is to design and manufacture equipment that is simple to work on, repair or replace. All NDT designs have service and maintenance as a key element during the design phase to ensure that equipment working under extreme conditions is both reliable and quick to repair in the event of a system failure.

Defence
NDT are currently engaged by several Defence Industry Prime Contractors to carry out on going through life support to ship fitted systems within the Australian Navy. This work includes scheduled maintenance and survey through to carrying out system repair and upgrade. This work typically involves both the development of the engineering solution, implementation, installation and set to work and test & trials of the system.
Manufacturing Plant
NDT has extensive experience working in manufacturing plants to maintain and repair equipment to support fast moving consumer goods such as cigarette packing machine. This work demands fine tolerances and precision machining to ensure that plant is operating safely and efficiently.
Oil & Gas
NDT has a strong back ground in the installation and maintenance of both high and low temperature industrial insulation required in the production and distribution of liquefied natural gas. The demands on these materials are extensive and their insulation and maintenance is critical to meet all the industry standards.
Mining
NDT has been called upon to assist in the development of engineering solutions to solve mining challenges. These projects required NDT to work collaboratively with mine operators and Engineers to develop a solution within a compressed time frame without compromising safety or process. No location is too remote, hot or dirty for NDT.
About NDT Australia
Craig founded NDT UK in 2006 and brought the company to Australia in 2013 in its current form NDT Australia Project Solutions.

Craig has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing/production environments. NDT UK worked on several high profile projects within the specialist material handling and Naval technology projects.
NDT UK was intrinsically involved in the conceptual design for the intake/uptake systems on the Queen Elizabeth Class (CVF), ALHD FFB design intent changes and turnkey solutions for RFA Bay Class exhaust refit.

2013 NDT UK became NDT AUS and, in turn, developed diverse client relationships from Europe to Australasia. Adding more clients within the materials handling and mining sectors.
